Interactive Proposal Landing Page

Summary
MK Agency was preparing to pitch a new digital ecosystem to a Southeast Asian basketball organization. Previous PDF proposals received little engagement, making it difficult to communicate the scale of the vision.
Instead of creating another presentation, I proposed designing and developing the proposal as an interactive landing page. The experience combined product strategy, storytelling, UX thinking, business rationale, implementation phases, and visual design into a single online experience that stakeholders could easily access and explore.
The proposal positioned the platform as the digital infrastructure connecting parents, coaches, league administrators, and federation officials through one unified ecosystem.
Problem Statement
01
Traditional PDF proposals generated low engagement and failed to communicate the scale of the product vision.
02
Multiple stakeholders including parents, coaches, league managers, and administrators required completely different workflows that were difficult to explain through static documents.
03
The agency needed to communicate product strategy, market opportunity, implementation roadmap, and business value before writing production code.
04
The proposal needed to feel premium enough for executive stakeholders while remaining simple enough to understand in a single sitting.

Solution
I designed and developed an interactive proposal that functioned like a landing page rather than a document. The proposal transformed what would normally be dozens of disconnected presentation slides into one cohesive digital experience. This aligns with the proposal's emphasis on a centralized basketball infrastructure, phased pilot modules, and multiple stakeholder roles.
Because Instead of treating the project as a presentation, I treated it like a product experience.
The proposal was designed as a scroll-based narrative where every section answered the next business question naturally.
The experience walked stakeholders through:
Current operational problems
Market opportunity
Why existing workflows fail
Platform architecture
User roles
Feature scope
Pilot rollout
Investment
Implementation roadmap
Rather than overwhelming readers with features, every section built confidence toward the final proposal.
