Summary

StageX Lab had built its reputation through referrals and industry connections, managing high-energy events ranging from Holi festivals and techno experiences to celebrity concerts. Despite executing large-scale productions, the agency had no digital presence to showcase its capabilities.

I partnered with founder Rajat Sharma to create the company's first digital identity. From strategy and branding to UI design and Framer development, the website was built to put their work at the center of the experience. Instead of relying on generic agency messaging, every interaction celebrated the scale, energy, and behind-the-scenes craftsmanship that defines StageX Lab.

The result was a portfolio-first website that strengthened trust with international organizers and helped the agency secure 13 international event opportunities.

Problem Statement

01

No digital presence despite managing large-scale events.

02

Heavy dependence on referrals and personal connections for new business.

03

Needed to stand apart from conventional event agency websites.

04

Required a platform that showcased execution, energy, and behind-the-scenes expertise.

Solution

Instead of designing another agency website filled with marketing copy, I built an experience where the work itself became the hero.

Every design decision reinforced StageX Lab's identity through immersive visuals, motion, bold typography, and storytelling. The website showcased finished productions alongside behind-the-scenes content, helping visitors understand not only the final events but also the operational excellence required to execute them.

Beyond the website, I also designed a new logo mark to establish a memorable and scalable visual identity.

I delivered a complete digital foundation that included:

  • Brand strategy

  • Logo mark design

  • Information architecture

  • Website UX

  • Visual design

  • Framer development

  • Motion interactions

  • Portfolio storytelling

  • Mobile responsiveness

  • Performance optimization

Rather than selling services, the website demonstrated capability through the quality and energy of the work itself.

Design Challenges

  1. Avoiding industry clichés.

Most event websites look interchangeable. The challenge was creating something unmistakably StageX Lab.

  2. Letting visuals tell the story.

The work needed to communicate credibility without relying on excessive marketing copy.

  3. Motion-driven interactions.

Used animations and transitions to reflect the energy of live events.

Impact

  • Secured 13 international event opportunities

  • Increased digital credibility with global organizers

  • Established StageX Lab's first professional online presence

  • Achieved an average 75% scroll depth

  • Created a scalable brand foundation for future growth
